I am not sure who owns Charas Cafe near Bade Hanuman Temple. Let me make it clear it is not a Cafe, they don’t serve any food or coffee, but everyone here who comes in to rest buys food from the local street vendor who sells deep-fried Pokhara’s and tea and They sit here and eat and then Mahakhumbh tired visitors lie down on plastic sheets which are laid down on the sand+mud floor.
