The sleep was rather disturbed the previous night. Sadhu Laxman Das had told me he wakes up at Brahma Murat and starts meditating. I woke up several times during the night and saw Sadhu Ji meditating near the door with the transparent wire mesh door closed. We didn’t have a main door, the door was a transparent mesh door to keep out the wild animals. We were in a jungle and there were monkeys, deer, elephants and leopards, so one felt a bit scared going outside in the darkness.

I woke up at 5 am and Swami Ji put his foot forward and so I bent and touched his feet, he blessed me by holding my face. He said the first blessing in the morning had the highest potency. He started cleaning the room with the jadoo, he told me to watch because from tomorrow cleaning the room and the passage-way outside would be my responsibility.
